Welcome to AIMemeVideo ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Photos and generated videos: photos of consenting adults are processed to create your requested video. Image metadata is removed before generation.
  • Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in.
  • Usage data: quota counters, payment confirmations, and first-party attribution signals needed to operate the Service.
  • Technical data: IP-derived country codes when provided by our CDN/proxy, cookie-based guest session identifiers, and basic device/browser metadata.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide authentication, account, quota, and payment features.
  • Run AI video generation you request and deliver results.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce content standards, and apply rate limits.
  • Improve reliability and support.

3. AI Video Generation

For the tip-toe meme generator, we send your uploaded photo(s) to fal.ai (our inference provider) to run ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Reference-to-Video (via fal.ai) (model id bytedance/seedance-2.0/reference-to-video). That model performs reference-to-video generation based on your inputs. The generator UI and our Terms of Service list the same model name and access source. We configure requests to minimize retention where the provider supports it; see Section 5 for retention details.

4. Sharing & Processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service: fal.ai (AI inference), Cloudflare R2 (private media storage), Waffo (credit pack checkout and payment notifications), Resend (result and account emails), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention & Deletion

Uploaded photos are removed from our storage within 24 hours. Generated videos and bearer download links expire after 7 days. Anyone you give the result link to can access it during that period. Our fal requests disable payload retention and request private output files with a 24-hour expiry. Providers may retain limited security and billing records under their own policies. You may delete your account from the account page; some anonymized payment records remain for audit and fraud prevention.
