Terms of Service

Welcome to AIMemeVideo. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, API, and related services (the "Service").

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service lawfully and only with content you have permission to use. In addition to the rules below, you must not abuse rate limits, quotas, or payment systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Upload only photos of adults who have consented, and only images you have permission to use. AI likeness and motion can vary. You must review output before sharing it and hold any rights needed for commercial use or added music.

You are responsible for how you publish generated media. If you see content that violates these Terms, use the reporting process in Section 5. We aim to review reports and take enforcement action within the timelines stated there.

3. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

You may not create, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into any of the following categories:

  • Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, nudity intended to arouse, explicit sexual acts, or other adult-only material.
  • Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, cruelty, or content that glorifies physical harm.
  • Hate speech: Content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or incites hatred or discrimination.
  • Child-unsafe content: Any sexualization of minors, exploitation or harm to children, or uploads depicting anyone under 18.
  • Deepfake / impersonation: Non-consensual likeness use, impersonation of real people (including celebrities or public figures), or deceptive synthetic media presented as real.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: Material you do not have rights to use, including unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, or branded assets.

4. Enforcement Actions

If we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions, with or without notice:

  • Remove or disable access to specific outputs or uploads.
  • Cancel pending generation jobs and refuse new requests.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
  • Withhold or reverse credits associated with abusive or fraudulent activity where permitted by law.
  • Report serious violations (including child safety matters) to law enforcement or relevant platforms.
  • Pursue other remedies available under law.

5. Reporting Violations

To report content, accounts, or behavior that violates these Terms, email support@aimemevideo.com with "Content report" in the subject line. Include the result link or order reference (if any), your account email, a description of the issue, and why you believe the content violates our policies.

Response timelines. We acknowledge good-faith reports within 2 business days. For reports that include enough detail to investigate, we aim to complete an initial review and take appropriate action (such as removing access to content, canceling jobs, or suspending an account) within 5 business days. Reports involving child safety or imminent harm are prioritized and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Complex cases may take longer; we may follow up for additional information. Confirmed violations are handled under Section 4.

6. Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated checks and human review where appropriate. Examples include validating uploads, enforcing consent confirmations at generation time, rate limits, and investigation of reports or fraud signals. We do not guarantee pre-screening of every output; you remain responsible for how you use generated media. Moderation decisions are made in our reasonable discretion to protect users, rights holders, and the public.

7. AI Models & Processing

The tip-toe meme video feature is powered by ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Reference-to-Video (via fal.ai) (model id bytedance/seedance-2.0/reference-to-video), invoked through our infrastructure provider fal.ai. Video is generated with ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Reference-to-Video (via fal.ai) (model id bytedance/seedance-2.0/reference-to-video) via fal.ai. The same model and access source are shown on the generator and pricing pages.

8. Payments, Credits & Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by our payment partner. Credits are added to your account after successful checkout, do not expire while your account remains in good standing, and are non-transferable.

Generation costs. A 6-second render costs 5 credits and a 13-second render costs 10 credits. Aspect ratio does not change the credit cost.

Failed renders (credit restoration). If a render fails on our side, the generation credits spent on that job are restored to your account automatically, usually within minutes. This restoration is not a refund of your credit pack payment and does not apply to outputs you chose to keep.

Credit pack refunds. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account, except:

  • Duplicate charge or payment error verified with our payment records.
  • Checkout succeeded but credits were not credited within 48 hours and we cannot deliver them promptly.
  • Any refund or cancellation right required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests for eligible payment issues must be emailed to support@aimemevideo.com within 14 calendar days of purchase and include your account email and payment receipt or transaction reference. Credits that have already been spent on successful renders are not refundable as cash. Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in account suspension and loss of remaining credits where permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMemeVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
